DUBLIN SIMON COMMUNITY - HOMERUN 2022

BRIEF: Spread awareness of Dublin Simon’s Homerun in The Phoenix Park on October 1st.

The Homerun is a 5 mile run, which takes about 45 minutes. Which sounds like a lot of time to be running for most people right?

Not to football fans.

That’s just a half of a football match to them. And running half a match sounds a lot easier than doing a whole run.

So in order to reach the football community across the country, we created something that’d spark conversation. We created a world first. A jersey with a commitment sewn into its very fabric.

We took something that players do every day, signing a jersey, and turned into a commitment. A commitment to donating 45 minutes of running for Dublin Simon and connected the charity with a whole new audience.
