Yes, before you ask, there were six Kevins before me. But this bio isn’t about them, it’s about me, Kevin McKay - an Art Director in Dublin.

With a background of illustration (and animation for a bit), I jumped into graphic design to help make the world a little bit shinier. But I soon realised what the world could actually do with more of, was ideas.

So….art direction!

But I do things outside of work too.

In 2020 I joined the panel of The Side Project, a group set up so creatives can kickstart and share their projects on the side. In 2021 I founded Cold Regards, a greeting card company that’s basically like sending your mate a fuck you. And in 2023 I became a board member on the IAPI Futureheads council, set up to help younger members within the Irish advertising industry.

So yeah. That’s me.
